1. How Long Does Shipping Take?

Most orders from our China fulfillment center arrive in the United States within approximately 8–12 business days after the order is placed.

This timeframe includes order processing, international transit, customs clearance, and final delivery to your address.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on seasonal demand, customs processes, and local carrier performance.

👉 Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


2. What Does “Business Days” Mean?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

So if your order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing will begin on the next business day.


3. Where Do Orders Ship From?

Most items featured on Hot Buys Hub are shipped directly from our China fulfillment center in order to keep costs lower and offer factory-direct pricing.

Because these packages travel cross-border, delivery times are longer than domestic shipping—but typically faster and more reliable than basic economy options.


4. How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (or in your order notification).
You can then track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking website or a universal tracking tool by entering your tracking number.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 business days of purchase, please contact our support team.


5. Why Does Shipping Take This Long?

International shipping involves several key steps:
